Terms and Conditions

Mrs. B Learnings hereby acknowledges the basic tutoring period providing lessons in English, Mathematics, science, Naplan over a 10-week period.

For Students

1. Enrollment and Payment

• Students must purchase packages on a term basis. Each term has a fixed duration, and packages will expire at the end of the term.

• Payments must be made in advance, and no refunds will be issued once the term has begun unless the classes are canceled by Mrs B Learnings.

• Students will have access to class schedules, resources, and relevant information upon successful enrollment.

2. Class Policies

• Students are required to attend classes regularly and punctually.

• Rescheduling or makeup classes will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the organization.

• Students must maintain appropriate behavior during classes. Disruptive behavior may result in suspension or termination of the package without a refund.

3. Communication and Conduct

• All communication with teachers must occur through the official platform or channels provided by Mrs B Learnings.

• Students are prohibited from establishing personal relationships with teachers beyond the academic scope. Any violation may result in immediate termination of the enrollment.

4. Package Expiration

• Purchased packages will automatically expire at the end of the term. Extensions or renewals must be made by purchasing a new package.

For Teachers

1. Hiring and Payment

• Teachers are hired on a contractual basis. Payment terms will be outlined in the individual agreement.

• Teachers must provide professional and high-quality instruction to students in line with the Australian education standards.

2. Class Policies

• Teachers must follow the class schedules provided by Mrs B Learnings. Any changes must be approved in advance.

• Teachers are expected to maintain a professional demeanor and foster a respectful learning environment.

3. Communication and Boundaries

• Teachers must communicate with students only through the official platform or channels designated by Mrs B Learnings.

• Building personal relationships with students outside the academic framework is strictly prohibited. Any breach of this policy may result in termination of the contract.

4. Compliance

• Teachers must comply with all applicable Australian education laws and regulations.

• Confidentiality of student information must be maintained at all times.

General Terms

• 1. Privacy Policy

  Mrs B Learnings is committed to protecting your privacy. All personal information collected will be used solely for educational purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

  2. Liability

  Mrs B Learnings is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of its services.

  3. Termination

• The organization reserves the right to terminate the enrollment of students or the contract of teachers for any breach of these terms.

• 4. Governing Law

  These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Australian courts.

 

There is NO obligation for any minimum requirements for students for as long as they are of sound mind (no mental illnesses or any similar/related underlying medical conditions.
